This limited release pursues KANOSUKE’s signature mellow sherry expression, generously incorporating spirit matured in Oloroso and Cream Sherry casks.
The core spicy “Japanese” nuances of KANOSUKE are provided by shochu casks, with the essence of new American white oak casks also added.
Aroma of dark cherries, rich flavour reminiscent of fruit-packed pound cake.
On the palate, gently unfolding tropical fruit notes like mangosteen bring a calm finish, reminiscent of a seaside sunset.
