The area surrounding the Chichibu distillery is rich in nature, with clean air and quality water, and a harsh environment with hot and humid summers and cold mornings and evenings that go below freezing.The cold temperature differences created by the harsh climate have a profound effect on the maturation of the whiskey, resulting in a fruity, well-balanced whiskey despite its short maturation period.

Features
The whisky is very fruity and also has a firm spicy character.
The aroma is wonderful, and the alcohol attack is firm but smooth.
The spiciness of cinnamon along with the aroma of fruit leaves the nostrils in unison, The tannininess and spiciness characteristic of red wine casks come together to form a long, lingering finish.
