Features
Single Malt Whisky Ryuka New Born 2023 has been aged for only one year and six months, but it is as rich and complex as its long aging.
Storage in Okinawa’s subtropical climate results in a higher angel’s share of 10% per year, but this allows for quicker extraction of the oak components and short aging to produce a sake with a strong oak flavor.
Enjoy the aromas of raisins and other berry dried fruits, oranges, stewed jam, and dark chocolate derived from sherry casks, spicy and exotic aromas derived from Spanish virgin oak barrels, and the powerful, rich, and massive flavor of the original wine.
