April’s Recommended Japanese Whiskey
This month’s Japanese whiskey recommendations are two from Azumi and Yusa distilleries.
1. ASAKA Shingle Malt 2023 Edition
A complex and flavorful single malt Japanese whiskey blended with a carefully selected blend of bourbon barrel non-peated Azumi sake. Accented with a hint of peat.
We also offer it in small quantities such as 1 glass, 45 ml: 3,960 yen 30 ml: 2,640 yen, 15 ml: 1,320 yen.
2.YUZA Third Edition 2023
Based on the fruity character typical of Yusa distillery, pleasant vanilla and a slight peat aroma overlap.
The complex flavor is a combination of the richness of Mizunara oak and the mellowness of the oak.
We also offer it in small quantities such as 1 cup, 45ml: 5,610 yen, 30ml: 3,740 yen, 15ml: 1,870 yen, etc.
